I am writing this letter to thank you for providing me this opportunity to work with you. I did my rotation on month of April for 4 weeks. It was my first clinical rotation in the USA. I am honored and very fortunate to get mentor like you in my first rotation. For me this was very new experience and I feel very shy to communicate with patient but you always encourage me by giving feedback. I am very thankful to you for guiding me through rotation and pointing my drawback and advised me to improve my communication skills. One thing I always praise about you is that you always give an equal opportunity to all and make sure that everyone is involved. From the day one you guide and help us to accommodate too. I will never forget what you did for us and thanks a lot for everything.
I had chance to work with both inpatient and outpatient, excess to EMR software, discussion on new innovation and recently upgraded articles. I got a chance to interact with the patients, making notes, putting orders, and presenting cases. I also got a chance to observe cardiac catheterization, PCI, venaseal and varithena procedure, IVUS, echocardiography, observed venous and arterial ultrasonography. I got a chance to observe inpatient round visit with you which was interesting for me.
I got a chance to present a review article on interventional cardiology from journal from thoracic disease titled as “Current developments in endovascular therapy of peripheral vascular disease”. I got a chance to observe so many interventional cardiology procedures and my presentation article was also related to new advancement on interventional cardiology which makes me more interested towards interventional cardiology. If I get chance to pursue residency in USA, I want to be interventional cardiologist just like you. I hope you will guide me throughout my matching process and help me make my dream come to reality.
